Bad Leads

We are constantly striving to bring you the best quality leads.  However, even with our best efforts, sometimes a few people are able to slip under the radar of our verification process, resulting in leads that have a bad phone number, or are underage.  When this happens, we want you to know that we take care of it for you by providing a full replacement.

To report a lead back to us, kindly follow the next few steps to ensure prompt replacement of your leads:

  1. Log in to your GeneFreedom account
  2. Go to “Contact Manager”
  3. Click on the name of the lead you’d like to report as bad
  4. Go to the bottom left hand corner and you will find a link that reads “Click here to return purchased lead”

Once you do this, the lead will be placed in queue for replacement in the system, and sent to your GeneFreedom back office as soon as a lead is available.

Please NOTE: If you delete a lead, you will not be able to report it and we will not be able to replace it for you.  So please make sure that you do not delete any leads from your back office.
